How does pricing work?

Disclaimer: Shiritai's code and intellectual property are never granted to the client, Shiritai is a platform for which the client pays an upfront customizing fee in order to have it customized to their liking and a monthly fee to be able to use it. Nevertheless, the client has full ownership of their data and if requested will be handed to them immediately.

1. We first charge a one time "customizing fee" to make all the modules and automations that fit your specific needs. The amount is completely dependent on the complexity associated with making your ideas come to life.
2. After coming to an agreement on what it is you need, we will give you an estimate of how long it is going to take to be built. We charge 50% of the building fee in order to get started and 50% after it is completed and ready to use.
3. After the platform is ready to be used, we charge a monthly fee that covers the right to use the platform, infrastructure costs, health checks, and technical support. Due to the fact that infrastructure costs could vary depending on factors such as the number of users, storage needs, server fees, etc. We reserve the right to modify the monthly fee with 1 month's notice.
4. Any other modules, features, automations, or modifications requested after the initial customizing fee will be treated as an extra service and will be charged according to their complexity.
