FrequentlyAskedQuestions

How does pricing work?

Implementation & Ongoing Support: We charge an initial implementation fee to tailor the software to your needs. Once in production, a monthly fee covers licensing, priority support, and credits you can use for us to help with BI dashboards, custom roles and policies, or notification triggers.

Infrastructure: You pay cloud providers directly for only the storage and compute you actually use with full transparency into your consumption. Most software charges per user because it's an easy way to estimate resource usage. But a power user running complex reports costs more than someone who logs in once a week, so why should they cost the same? By billing infrastructure separately and transparently, you pay for the value you extract from the software, not an arbitrary headcount.

Is Shiritai a good fit for me?

Shiritai is built for operations that live on computers and have outgrown spreadsheets, scattered tools, or rigid off-the-shelf software.

You're likely a good fit if:

  • Your workflows aren't linear. Requests branch, loop back, require approvals from different people depending on conditions, or follow dozens of possible paths. You need software that adapts to your process, not the other way around.
  • Your data is everywhere. Information lives in inboxes, spreadsheets, chat threads, and people's heads. You suspect that consolidating it would unlock insights you've never had access to.
  • Things fall through the cracks. Tasks stall because ownership is unclear. Nobody knows who's responsible, what's pending, or where the bottleneck is.
  • You're flying blind. You make decisions on gut feel because pulling real metrics would take hours of manual work, if it's even possible.
  • Your team needs to work together in real time. Not just async handoffs, but genuine collaboration on shared information as it evolves.

If you nodded at more than one of these, we should talk.

Which operating systems are supported?

As of now, Shiritai is exclusively available as a webapp, meaning it works with any operating system as long as it has access to a web browser, this includes MacOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices.
